Customer Support Fees
We are pleased to inform there are no annual support or maintenance fees with either iWitness or iWitnessPRO. We support our customers for no cost, via email.
General Use Support Request
For questions regarding general project help, project advice, or basic User operations concerning functionality of the iWitness or iWitnessPRO software (which are not specifically identified in the iWitness User Manual or tutorials movies).
Technical Issue Support Request
For technical questions, e.g., error reporting, Operating System conflicts with Windows 7 or higher, warning messages, incompatibility issues, (suspected software ‘bugs’) – operational errors, flaws, or faults.
