The 3D point and line measurements output from iWitness (as a 3D DXF file) are well suited for direct input into CAD systems. Using measurements made at the scene with iWitness, the following CAD drawing of a real-world traffic accident scene was generated very rapidly via CAD Zone's Crash Zone diagramming program.
