iWitness is unmatched in its powerful photogrammetric camera orientation ability. In the example below, the photographer simply walked around the opposite side of the truck skid marks and continued the photography from the opposite direction. iWitness easily solved for all the camera positions in the project and required no prior knowledge of the scene other than one known scale distance. Using a consumer grade digital camera, this project’s completed mapping of the scene was accurate to better than one inch.
