• Existing iWitness users will need to contact sales@iwitnessphoto.com to gain access to the iWitnessPRO dongle-protected installation download. The iWitnessPRO installation download only works after the iWitness dongle has been paid for and activated.
  

• iWitnessPRO users that wish to upgrade their version 1.xx will also need to contact sales@iwitnessphoto.com. A link will be sent to the customer. To install, just run the installation 'over the top' of the existing installation you have on your computer. Doing so will not affect your cameras in the local camera database.
  

To purchase the iWitnessPRO upgrade for $995.00, you will need an iWitness USB dongle key that was provided in your original purchase of iWitness. The upgrade purchase includes: the activation key, the installation for the iWitnessPRO.exe and user manual in PDF, which includes the demo projects for both iWitness and iWitnessPRO. The upgrade process is completed 100% electronically. The furnished iWitnessPRO codes mounted on special "backer boards" being codes #1-48 are mailed to the customer following the online or fax order form purchase of the iWitnessPRO upgrade.
