The iWitnessPRO installation download is used with the activation process. To purchase the iWitnessPRO upgrade for $995.00, you will need the iWitness USB dongle key that was provided in your original purchase of iWitness. The upgrade purchase includes the activation key, the iWitnessPRO installer, user manual in PDF, and the iWitnessPRO codes mounted on special "backer boards" being codes #1-48 are mailed to the customer following the online purchase of the iWitnessPRO upgrade. iWitnessPRO V1 to iWitnessPRO V2 Upgrade

• FREE UPGRADE - for existing iWitnessPRO Users
  iWitnessPRO V1.xx customers that wish to upgrade their iWitnessPRO version 1.xx to 2.xx for no cost will need to provide their dongle key number and contact sales@iwitnessphoto.com. The dongle key number can be accessed by downloading and running the "V2 dongleupgrader". A link will then be sent back to the customer after the dongle number is emailed to us. NOTE: the "step 4) activation number" from the V2 dongleupgrader is not required for this process. To install V2, just run the installation 'over the top' of the existing installation you have on your computer. Doing so will not affect your cameras in the local camera database.
